I’ve always believed that one’s past doesn’t dictate their future. My journey from Civil Engineering major to real estate investor has been unconventional, driven by a passion for people. Growing up in a second-generation Lebanese household, being the underdog is in my blood. A pivotal moment came during a conversation with my dad about my grandfather, a carpenter in Lebanon who dreamed of buying real estate to secure his future. Though he never realized that dream, I now fulfill it for the Elias family through my work. In our company, I emphasize empowering and recognizing those who work relentlessly to achieve their goals. Real estate is about understanding human desires, and I strive to honor my heritage by helping others realize their dreams, just as my grandfather envisioned for our family.

My name is Justin Lanford and I am from Charlotte, N.C. This is where I started my intense passion for real estate. From building homes with my father in my teens to buying my first investment property at 23 I realized at a very early age that this is all I will ever do. I have developed countless projects in the USA and Central America and worked closely with the government to do so as well as having one of our projects featured on HGTV’s House Hunters. As a husband for 16+ yrs and father of 3, I now focus my expertise in service. Helping property owners in the great state of Texas through the sometimes harsh world of real estate. Foreclosures, probate, tax situations and financial planning is what we specialize in at Elias Holdings.
